I met Lee Riley as he teaches classes at the Small Business
Administration Center. I was immediately taken with his teaching style,
which consisted of practical advice and much class interaction. Just
the thing to keep anyone awake during a class on taxes (its actually a
three-part series).
Lee has met with me to advise on my taxes
for a Sole Entrepreneurship, but I would heartily recommend him for this
and S-Corp/LLC. He has completely reasonable prices and clearly offers
much value your small business with his impeccable organization and
extensive knowledge base. If that doesn't sell you, he's also privy to
an exceptional sense of humor!
