Nina is fantastic! My small women's business group invited her in to
help us organize the structure of our meetings, as we are all individual
business owners with limited time and all brand new to a "business
group." Nina helped all of us define what we wanted to achieve by being
in a group together and how to each feel fulfilled after ending each
meeting. I am proud to report that all of us cheered for our first
meeting following our time with her. We have all set goals, have a
googledocs folder and now have a monthly forum that truly inspires our
individual businesses... all thanks to Nina.
After that group
meeting, I went right up to her and said "sign me up for one on one
sister!". Nina is so warm and caring along with genuine professionalism
and the sound of her voice indicates that she truly wants your personal
success. I've felt exhausted and defeated with long days as a business
owner. I was reluctant to add in coaching sessions to my already busy
schedule. My diminished flame of desire for growth was asking where can I
find the time to add in homework and phone sessions? Making a change
means making a change so I found some time.

Active Nutrition
When I went to the register and asked how much the shake bottles were, I
was quoted a price that was about three times higher than I saw
advertised at 24 Hour Fitness for the identical product. When I told
him, I think he was the owner, he said, well, you'd be supporting a local business. Why pay more just to support a local business? What a
stupid thing to say! It didn't make economic sense. Besides, had he
offered to match the price, he would have made up for it with the sale
of the other products I WAS going to buy. What he said next was even
more ridiculous "With the money you saved on those protein bars, you
cash afford to buy the shakers." What a douche! Not only did I stop
shopping for the other stuff I wanted, I'm going to tell every one I
train to shop elsewhere. The guy had such a crappy attitude!
This "local business" needs to learn the importance of behaving like a local business. From now on I'm heading across the street to Max Muscle!

Robert Lee Riley
I met Lee Riley as he teaches classes at the Small Business
Administration Center. I was immediately taken with his teaching style,
which consisted of practical advice and much class interaction. Just
the thing to keep anyone awake during a class on taxes (its actually a
three-part series).
Lee has met with me to advise on my taxes for a Sole Entrepreneurship, but I would heartily recommend him for this and S-Corp/LLC. He has completely reasonable prices and clearly offers much value your small business with his impeccable organization and extensive knowledge base. If that doesn't sell you, he's also privy to an exceptional sense of humor!

Westfield San Francisco Centre
It's a really lovely mall with eight or more floors; the top two or
three consisting of the Nordstrom, Bloomingdale or Century Theatres
(depending on which part of the mall you're in). I don't do much shopping but it is an interesting place to walk through and you can get
lost pretty easily. However, be prepared for large crowds especially
during the peak hours. The food court and Bristol Farms market is more
on the expensive side.
There are also 6 floors of rotating escalator/staircases going up and down. Also, instead of driving to the mall, I would highly recommend using BART (Powell Station takes you straight to the underground entrance) or MUNI Metro & Bus.
